Governing All Transactions, Order Fulfillment, and Territorial Policies for daily.shop (Revised September 2026)

1. Five-Day Replacement Protocol & Return Regulations

1.1 Replacement Window & Eligibility Criteria: daily.shop provides an express 5-Day Replacement Guarantee on all physical consignments. Any claim regarding manufacturing defects, non-functionality, component omission, or transit breakage must be formally reported within five (5) calendar days (120 hours) following courier delivery confirmation. Claims initiated after this statutory window shall be deemed null and void.

⚠️ MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO PROTOCOL:
To protect against transit fraud and false damage claims, the consignee is strictly required to produce a continuous, single-shot, uncut unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed outer courier flyer is shown until the product is unboxed and tested. The video must clearly show:

The intact outer courier shipping label with readable Tracking ID.
All 4 sides of the parcel packaging prior to cutting/opening.
The unboxing process without pauses, cuts, or off-camera moments.
The exact physical defect, damage, or non-functional state demonstrated clearly.

Claims submitted without this unedited video recording shall be summarily rejected without exception.

1.2 Strict No-Refund Architecture: daily.shop operates exclusively under a Replacement-Only Policy. Under no circumstances are monetary refunds, bank transfers, or cash pay-backs disbursed. Upon video authentication by our verification desk, an identical, brand-new replacement unit will be dispatched free of freight costs. If the item is permanently out of stock, a store credit of equivalent monetary value will be issued.

2. Territorial Demarcation of Cash on Delivery (COD) & Prepaid Modes

📍 TERRITORIAL COD LIMITATION:
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available EXCLUSIVELY for delivery addresses situated within the official Municipal Corporation Limits of Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.

2.1 Pan-India Consignments (Outside Gwalior): All orders designated for locations outside Gwalior Municipal Limits require mandatory 100% advance digital settlement (Prepaid via UPI, PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, or Instant QR Code). This policy is strictly enforced to eliminate courier Return to Origin (RTO) overheads and ensure lowest factory wholesale pricing for legitimate buyers.

2.2 Order Verification & Dispatch Protocol: Every order placed via WhatsApp is individually verified by our order dispatch team. In Gwalior, addresses are geocoded to ensure eligibility. Consignees outside Gwalior will be provided with our official merchant QR code for secure digital payment prior to parcel boxing and dispatch.

3. Logistics, Dispatch Standards & Delivery Timelines

3.1 Dispatch & Handling Timelines: All orders verified prior to 2:00 PM IST on business days are dispatched within 24 hours. Orders confirmed on Sundays or national holidays are packed on the next business day.

3.2 Estimated Transit Windows:

Gwalior City (Local): Same-day or 24-48 hours via local dispatch messengers.
Madhya Pradesh & North India: 2 to 4 business days via express air/surface couriers.
Rest of India (Pan-India): 3 to 6 business days depending on pincode accessibility.

3.3 Consignment Tracking: Consignees receive a distinct Tracking Identifier upon dispatch. Live status can be inspected anytime via our integrated Live Order Tracker or by inquiring directly via WhatsApp at +91 8319514617.

4. Consignee Data Privacy & Communications Architecture

4.1 Data Collection & Usage: daily.shop collects solely the recipient's name, WhatsApp phone number, delivery address, and pincode necessary for consignment fulfillment and courier label generation. We do NOT store debit/credit card numbers or CVVs.

4.2 Zero Third-Party Sale Policy: Customer contact details are strictly confidential and never rented, traded, or transferred to third-party telemarketers. Information is transmitted only to certified courier partners for logistics fulfillment.

4.3 WhatsApp Channel Broadcasts: Customers joining our official WhatsApp Channel receive opt-in promotional updates on new factory deals. Channel subscribers can exit or mute announcements at their personal discretion without penalty.

5. Governing Law & Judicial Jurisdiction

5.1 Applicable Statutory Framework: These terms and operational protocols are formulated in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 of the Republic of India.

5.2 Exclusive Judicial Seat: Any commercial dispute, legal contention, or claim arising out of or in connection with orders placed through daily.shop shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India.
